Weird this some of my favourite perfumes are citrus based, and when I wear them where I put it, goes bright bright red and I itch.

Never ever ever put perfume on clothing either, you get contact allergies (dermatitis) in this manner. Again a lesson hard learnt by myself.

I use the most basic of products, no fabric softner in my final clothing rince either. Soap, unperfumed ie Simple Soap, - it is a nightmare but I have learnt what suits me over the last 5 years.

Also helps that hubby is a dermatologist, so his advise is well worth the weight in gold. Even my skin products now are so basic and costs me no more than about R15 per month - people cannot believe that....

Retin A based products I come out in red blotches so I avoid....

Vit C though I am fine with..... you also have a lot of problems if I recall.....
